Characteristics of regenerative heat catalytic oxidation system:
(1) The use of regenerative thermal incineration technology and catalytic oxidation technology combined with the regenerative thermal catalytic oxidation technology to purify organic waste gas, can remove a variety of organic pollutants at the same time, with a simple process, compact equipment, reliable operation and other advantages;
(2) Regenerative catalytic oxidation has high purification efficiency, generally up to 99% or more;
(3) Regenerative catalytic oxidation incinerator has the advantage of low operating costs, and its heat recovery efficiency is generally up to 95% or more;
(4) The whole process without waste water, purification process does not produce NOX and other secondary pollution;
(5) The heat storage catalytic oxidation equipment can be used in conjunction with the waste heat boiler, the excess heat can produce steam for production use, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
Scope of application:
Regenerative catalytic oxidation treatment technology is particularly suitable for high demand for heat recovery rate, and no other process can be used as heat exchange recovery procedure; applicable to the same production line, due to different products, the exhaust gas composition often changes or the exhaust gas concentration fluctuations in the occasion. Application industries include petroleum, chemical, rubber, paint, painting, furniture, printing tin cans, printing and other industries in the high concentration of organic waste gas purification and treatment, can be dealt with organic substances including benzene, ketones, esters, phenols, aldehydes, alcohols, ethers and hydrocarbons and so on. In addition, thermal regenerative catalytic oxidation is also suitable for deodorisation of sewage treatment stations. Treatment of organic waste gas or odour with a concentration between 500 and 7000mg/m3.
