Organic waste gas regenerative oxidiser（RTO）

Working principle: the organic waste gas heating to 760 ° C or more, so that the VOC oxidation decomposition of waste gas into harmless CO2 and H2O; oxidation of high-temperature flue gas heat generated by the heat storage body “storage”, used to preheat the new entry of organic waste gas, to save the heating of the fuel consumption required.

It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (≥95%), low operation cost, and can deal with large air volume and low concentration of waste gas, etc. When the concentration is a little high, it can also carry out the secondary waste heat recovery, which greatly reduces the production and operation cost.
